Life Specialist – Insurance & Financial Services Sales

Are you a highly motivated, sales-driven professional with strong experience in life insurance and financial planning? The Morris Agency is seeking a Life Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help families and individuals secure their futures through life insurance, retirement strategies, and financial solutions—while growing your income through a performance-focused career path.
This is a fully licensed position (Life & Health required, with FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 strongly preferred). If not yet fully licensed, candidates must be willing to obtain credentials with our support.
Role Description
As a Life Specialist, you’ll market life and financial service products, consult with clients on coverage and investment options, and guide them through important financial decisions. Your ability to combine sales expertise with empathy will position you as both a trusted advisor and a revenue driver for our agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with Clients – Present and explain life insurance, retirement, and investment options tailored to customer needs.
- Drive Sales Growth – Proactively market life/health and financial service products to expand the agency’s reach.
- Client Support – Assist customers with applications, claims, and policy servicing while ensuring compliance.
- Stay Current – Maintain knowledge of product offerings, industry changes, and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- A sales-dominant mindset with a proven track record in life insurance and financial product sales.
- 3+ years of experience in life insurance, financial planning, or investment services preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills.
- Life & Health license required; FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 strongly preferred.
- Ability to balance performance goals with customer-first service.
